Certified Legal Virtual Assistant · Family Law
I'm Chantelle — a Legal VA with an LLB who handles the intake, files, deadlines and billing behind your family law practice, so you can stay with your clients and your cases. Remote support for solo attorneys in the US, UK and Canada.

The growing pains of a successful solo practice usually look like this.
Discovery cut-offs, response dates and hearing prep, held together by memory and good intentions.
Financial disclosures scattered across email, Drive and Clio — and never in the same place twice.
Time entries reconstructed on a Sunday night, badly, from a calendar and a hazy recollection.
What I handle
Everything below is administrative and paralegal-support work, performed under your supervision.
Every matter opened, tracked and closed the same way, every time.
Court-ready formatting without the Sunday-night scramble.
Specialist knowledge of the documents family law actually runs on.
A responsive front office and time entries captured as they happen.

I read law at Rhodes University, and my first real experience of practice was not a corporate internship — it was the Rhodes University Law Clinic, as a Student Defence Counsellor. I sat with real clients, took their instructions, drafted affidavits and letters of demand, and ran the legal research behind them under attorney supervision.
That is where the habits came from: precise notes, ordered files, deadlines that are written down rather than remembered. I then completed the ten-week certification with The LegalVA Hub to translate those habits into the systems US, UK and Canadian firms actually run on — Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther.
A reliable extension of your team — not another thing to manage.
