The enquiry form collects your name, email address, and the details you choose to provide about your firm, jurisdiction, practice area and support needs. Nothing beyond what you type into the form is collected from you directly.

Analytics collects aggregate usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, referring source — only after you accept analytics cookies.

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to scope the engagement. They are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful and where visitors lose the thread.

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which relays the message to the business inbox. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com when you book a consultation. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Each processes data on documented terms.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to an active or completed engagement are retained for as long as professional and tax obligations require.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information held about you, and may withdraw consent at any time. Requests go to chantelle.legalva@gmail.com and are answered within one month.

Material belonging to an attorney or their clients is governed by the engagement agreement and NDA, not by this policy. Such material is worked on inside the attorney systems, is never used for any other purpose, and is never referenced publicly. Work samples on this site are drawn from supervised mock scenarios only.
